Often, they start talking to you in Hindi and many can't speak or understand English.
There's always massive background noise, like a school playground.

- People who don't think there's any difference between could of and could have, even after you point it out to them.
- People who don't think there's any difference between Premiership and Premier League even after you point it out to them
- People who sniff, after you tell them it's annoying. These people seem to think that action is more caustically witty than Frankie Boyle. Somehow they think it's petty for someone else to find it irritating when someone is going "sniff, sniff, sniff, sniff .... sniff, sniff... sniff". They usually say "how can you find sniffing annoying" or are very aggressive and sociopathic, I find. Bad group of people, sniffers.
Would you fart loudly/masturbate in a meeting? If not then why sniff. Why is that the ONE bodily function that's tolerated and encouraged.
I think it's something to do with wanting to communicate you're a sheep and fitting in with the 'pretty much everything is much of a muchness' culture.

Indian call centre operatives are 100% unable to divert from script and give generic answers to specific problems.
I am currently on a top of a tall wall that I have been driven up by BT.

That bugs me too. I know someone who often starts a conversation with "In terms of..." then leaves a pregnant pause before defining the terms, during which there's a strong temptation to either walk away or introduce your own terms. It's a silly and much overused phrase.
